On any given day, Katie Burrell finds herself closely identifying with characters like Bridget Jones and Dudley the Dragon. She recently graduated from McGill University with a degree in – well, it doesn’t really matter, it was a B.A. – and is currently working as a house elf at a heli-skiing lodge in the-middle-of-nowhere, British Columbia. There, she arranges breakfast buffets, banters with rich older men, and runs a bit of a monopoly on the dinnertime entertainment. Her biggest pet peeve is when people say “good times, good times.” Having not particularly matured since high school, Katie strongly believes in learning the “time and place” lessons the hard way.
